The MV-285 allows students with a NYS Junior Permit to schedule a road test, receive their senior license at the age of 17 instead of 18, and may be eligible for a rate reduction in their automobile insurance. XDT100 (classroom instruction) will be offered virtually, in real-time online, at set days and times. XDT200 (behind the wheel training/observation) will be offered as a hybrid course using a combination of Brightspace and in-car assignments.
