The Entrepreneurial Assistance Program offers entrepreneurial training courses as well as technical and management seminars to individuals interested in starting or expanding their businesses. Special efforts are made to recruit and select minorities, women, dislocated workers, and persons with disabilities.
This 10-week program is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to launch a business. Each class is 3 hours in duration. The training provides fundamental planning concepts and tools to help ensure the success of business launches and expansions.

- Development of a Business Plan
- Product Development and Marketing
- Accounting and Bookkeeping Methods
- Financial Management and Budgeting
- Legal Considerations for Your Business
- Funding Options for Your Business
- Taxes, and More!

- In-Person (English): Tuesday & Thursday | 6:00PM – 9:00PM | September 30 – December 11, 2025
- Online (English): Monday & Wednesday | 7:00PM – 10:00PM | September 29 – December 10, 2025
Cost: Tuition is $150, which includes textbooks and all materials.
*Payment must be provided by check or money order in person or by mail.
**Please note seats are very limited. Only individuals who register, complete their intake packet, and send tuition (via check or money order) prior to the program start date will be guaranteed a seat.
