Description
Students will participate in 130-hours online instruction and lab time on campus as well as a 40-hour externship to gain the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to obtain employment in a variety of optical service facilities. In addition, students will earn a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, an OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Certification, and receive 2-hours of one-on-one career coaching. Participants must possess a high school diploma or a High School Equivalency diploma. (170 hours) Field placement is required. Note: Class times will vary.
