Description
This 120-hour Dietary managers program is a 120-hour course which trains and educates foodservice managers. This course is fully accredited by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals (ANFP). Graduates are eligible to take the National Certification for Dietary Managers and become members of the ANFP. Supervisors, cooks and other dietary personnel who have demonstrated leadership potential are eligible to enroll in the program.
