Description
This 120-hour online course, combined with 150 hours of supervised fieldwork, prepares foodservice workers for careers as Dietary Managers. The program is fully accredited by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals (ANFP). Graduates are eligible to sit for the national Certification for Dietary Managers exam and become members of the ANFP. Supervisors, cooks, and other dietary personnel who have demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to enroll in the program.
